TAMPA, Fla. — At least one person is dead following a crash on Hillsborough Avenue.
Westbound lanes are closed between Lee Place and Rome Avenue as officers investigate, according to a Tampa Police Department news release.
Two cars are said to be involved in the crash.
People are asked to avoid the area in the meantime.
