Slipknot: See Sunfall's Freaky Video for Crushing "No Life" Cover

U.K. nu-core band look and sound like OG 'Knot

Sunfall are an up-and-coming U.K. band who make djenty metalcore with a nu-metal flair, so naturally, they're big Slipknot guys. As a token of appreciation for one of their greatest influences, they recently dropped a cover of the song, "No Life" — a fan-favorite deep cut from the Nine's 1999 self-titled record — and Sunfall did a bang-up job maintaining the track's Slipknot-ian heaviness while also giving it their own special touch.

Today, we're stoked to be premiering the music video for the cover, which is as much of a throwback to the early Slipknot years as their rendition of the song is. The visual features tons of quick-cut shots of a dude in a Paul Gray-esque mask and a black jumpsuit doing creepy shit in an old house.

Everything from the outfit to the lighting to the editing style feels distinctly 1999 in the best way possible. Check it out above via YouTube while you bang your head.
