12. Jingle Belles

DOOL recently released a preview video on what fans can expect come December. The first stunning revelation it offers is two Belles? As Shawn gets comfy in bed with who he thinks is his wife (dressed up in skimpy “Santa” lingerie), the real Belle walks through the door to catch them! Or is the woman in bed the “real” Belle? Yikes!

10. Trimming The Horton Christmas Tree

DOOL spoilers (and the video) suggest that the Horton family’s long-standing tradition of trimming the Christmas tree together will happen once again this year. As each member comes together to place their custom ornament on the tree, they’ll reflect on the year they have shared with loved ones who are either out of town or no longer with them. 9. It’s A Christmas Miracle!

Speaking of fan-favorites, actress Melissa Reeves, who plays Jennifer Horton, is set to return to Salem come December. DOOL spoilers indicate that she’ll return in what’s being dubbed as a “Christmas miracle” storyline. Sounds like there may be some doubt as to whether Jenn will arrive on time for the Horton’s tree-trimming event; however, in the true spirit of the season (and Salem), she will.

8. Hearts Try To Heal

From the looks of the video, Abe and Lani will continue to reel over Paulina’s deception in early December. DOOL spoilers hint that the two will come together to talk this month. Seems like there’s a good chance they’ll decide to keep the bond they’ve made, despite not “officially” being father and daughter. However, as Christmas approaches, Lani will continue to give Paulina the silent treatment.

5. Classic Sami Versus Nicole

After months of being held hostage, DOOL spoilers indicate that Lucas will successfully help Sami escape her situation. She’ll return home, only to find Nicole in bed with EJ. Sounds like the two ladies will get into a classic Sami-versus-Nicole fight, and things will get very physical. EJ will do what he can to split the two women apart, but will he get hurt in the process?

4. Philip Is Gone!

The Days holiday preview video hints that Philip could be MIA. A mystery will emerge in Salem come December. 3. Seasons Greetings From The Devil

It seems as if the possession 2.0 storyline will continue during Christmas. Actress Deidre Hall (Marlena Evans) and actor Robert Scott Wilson (Ben Weston) were on The Kelly Clarkson Show in October and revealed that the Devil would be in Salem during the holiday season. Will the heroes and heroines be able to rid Salem of Satan by the time January 2022 hits?

2. The Heroes and Heroines Fight Back!

Sure, the Devil will wreak havoc in Salem this Christmas; however, don’t count out those heroes and heroines! Ciara, Ben and Julie (along with Doug) will see “Marlena” and realize she’s possessed. Weston will make a vow that he’ll fight Satan with all his might. Meanwhile, the good news is that John will escape the crypt and be ready to battle the evil one. But, he’ll have some help…

1. Eric Returns For Good To Prevail!

The Days preview video shows Eric Brady popping back up in Salem, and he’ll be in priest mode to push the Devil out of his mother’s soul. It seems like together with John (and a ton of prayers), they’ll work to rid themselves (and Evans) of Satan, once and for all. Will they succeed? Well, it’s Christmas time, and this is the land of Salem, so of course they will!
