The Book of Boba Fett has dropped a brand new teaser, suggesting we will finally learn who rescued him from the Sarlacc Pit.
Of course, the official Star Wars canon has yet to explain how the iconic bounty hunter survived after falling in the terror-inducing pit in Return of the Jedi.
However, a new TV spot for the upcoming Disney+ Mandalorian spin-off has teased an answer, with a voiceover declaring: "I am Boba Fett… left for dead on the sands of Tatooine."

We then see the hazy silhouettes of what appear to be Tusken Raiders, before Fett recuperates in a water tank.
Could the Tatooine natives be his saviour? We'll just have to wait and see.
Alongside the clip, Disney has confirmed that The Book of Boba Fett will run at seven episodes, released weekly, and has also unveiled two new character posters of Fett and partner-in-crime Fennec Shand (Ming-Na Wen).

The new look comes just a few days after the show dropped a new clip, teasing the return of Fett ahead of the show's release next month.
Earlier in November, fans were given their first glimpse at the series in the show's official full-length trailer, which shows the bounty hunter try to bargain with Jabba the Hutt's former captains.
The series was originally unveiled in a post-credits sequence at the end of The Mandalorian season 2, and sees Temuera Morrison return as Fett following his reprisal of the role in the main show, alongside Wen.
The Book of Boba Fett season 1 premieres on December 29, streaming on Disney+.
