Elden Ring DLC could apparently feature a new legacy dungeon, bosses and much more

A total number of Elden Ring achievements have been discovered via Steam. The game will have 42 of them, just one less than Dark Souls 3.

Judging by the leak from Steam, Elden Ring will have a total of 42 achievements (trophies if you're on PlayStation). Sadly, the leak does not include the titles or descriptions of the achievements so we will have to wait for a little longer for that.

The list seems pretty legit since 42 achievements are in line with the number of achievements of previous From Software games. For example, Dark Souls III had a total of 43 achievements/trophies, Bloodborne had 34 with an extra 6 trophies via its DLC and the latest title Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice also featured 34 achievements.

Since Elden Ring is From Software's biggest game, set in a huge open-world, one would argue that this automatically means that the game would need to have more achievements than previous titles but for us, it's always quality before quantity.

For those of you who love the achievements hunt, we hope to get more info regarding the achievements in the coming months. Hopefully, they won't be too challenging, and by that we mean they should be at least as challenging as Dark Souls III.

Elden Ring is officially hitting the shelves on February 25, 2022, for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S consoles.
