Democrat Phil Noble ran for Governor of South Carolina in 2018. One of his stances was ending corruption in state politics. It has now come out that Noble misused campaign funds and repeatedly broke ethics law in doing so. It is said that he spent thousands of campaign dollars on personal expenses in 2018.
