A Greenville County man is accused of lewd acts in the Low Country. 45 year old, Seth Taylor Bruce of Greer faces charges in Beaufort County, after he allegedly filmed children in bathroom of a Hilton Head rental property.
Bruce faces over a dozen counts of 1st degree sexual exploitation of a minor and one count of voyeurism. The Beaufort County Sheriff's Office says the investigation is ongoing.
