THE RESULT POLICE SAY OF A PRE-DAWN ATTEMPTED ATM TFTHE BY THREE SUSPECTS USING A WHITE 2010 FORD E350. CAROLINE VAN AS BHOT BATTERING RAMND A GETAWAY VEHICLE. THIS IS CRAZY. THIS IS REAL CRAZY. OH MY GOD. PEOPLE ARE JUST RELYAL BEING RIDICULOUS. ACCORDING TO ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY POLICE AROUND FIVE O’CLOCK THIS MORNING THE SUSPECTS DROVE THROUGH THE GLASS FRONT ENTRANCE IN AN ATTEMPT TO STEAL THE ATM JUST INSIDE WITNEESSS TELLING POLICE. THEY OBSVEER THE TRIO TRYING TO TAKE THE MONEY MACHINE THIS CHRISTMAS TIME. I DEUNRSTAND YOU STRUGGLING. WE’LL GO OUT HERE GET A JOB BROTHER. WELL SISTER WHOEVER DOING GET A JOB WHY WHAT IS PEOPLE DOING? SO WERE THEY SUCCESSFUL ON DOING THIS? NO , THEY FAILED POLICE SAY BUT THEY DID MANEAG TO DTRESOY THE FRONT COUNTER DIVERT COVID-19 VACCINIOATNS AND CAUSE ENOUGH DAMAGE FOR THE BUILDING TO BE DEEMED UNSAFE BEFORE LEAVING AUTHORITIES ON A PURSUIT UP TOWARD BALTIMORE. IT WENT THRGHOU THE HARBOR TUNNEL AND CONTINUED ONTO THE SURFACE STREETS. UNTIL THE DEAD END OF DUNDALK AVENUE IN BALTIMORE COUNTY AND THAT IS WHERE ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY POLICE SAY THE SUSPECTS BAILED OUT TRIED TO RUN AWAY TWO MANAGED TO ESCAPE ONE WAS ARRESTEDND A SOURCES CLOSE TO THE INVESTIGATION HAVE IDENTIEDFI THAT SUSPECT ARRESTED AS 29 YEAR OLD ARTESE LGAN OF BALTIMORE AN ELECTRONIC COURT RECORDS SHOW THAT MR. LANG HAS ALREADY BNEE SLAPPED WITH SIX TRAFFIC CITATIONS IN CONNECTION WITH THE CASE ALL OF THEM FILED TODAY ALL OF THEM LISTING. A suspect is in custody Monday while police search for two others in connection with an attempted ATM theft in Anne Arundel County.Around 5 a.m. Monday, a cargo van crashed into the Walgreens on Crain Highway in Glen Burnie, leaving behind a gaping hole where the front entrance used to be, county police said.Police said three suspects used a 2010 white Ford E-350 Econoline van as both battering ram and getaway vehicle. Witnesses told police they observed the trio trying to take the ATM, but they failed.The suspects managed to destroy the front counter, divert COVID-19 vaccinations and cause enough damage for the building to be deemed unsafe.Police said the van led authorities on a pursuit toward Baltimore City, going through the Harbor Tunnel and continued onto surface streets until the dead end of Dundalk Avenue in Baltimore County, where the suspects bailed out of the van and tried to run away.Police said they were able to arrest one of the three suspects at that location.Sources close to the investigation told 11 News the suspect in custody is Arteze Marquis Lang, 29, of Baltimore. According to electronic court records, Lang has been charged with six traffic citations in connection with this case, including reckless driving, negligent driving and aggressive driving.The attempted ATM theft is the latest in a string of similar crimes throughout the Baltimore area over the past months.

The attempted ATM theft is the latest in a string of similar crimes throughout the Baltimore area over the past months.
