Our favorite sidelines photos from Cleveland Browns’ 16-10 loss to Baltimore Ravens: Joshua Gunter and John Kuntz

Cleveland Browns coach Kevin Stefanski drops his head after a penalty call against his team against the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday in the first quarter at M&T Bank Stadium.

BALTIMORE, MD. — The Cleveland Browns failed to perform in their NFL national Sunday Night Football showcase at M&T Bank Stadium, losing to the Baltimore Ravens, 16-10.

Shockingly, the Browns’ four interceptions of Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson wasn’t enough to get a much-needed win on the road. The Browns fell to 6-6.

The offense struggled to do much with Jackson’s four picks, gaining just 262 yards of total offense. Baker Mayfield completed 18 of 35 passes for 247 yards and a touchdown, but lost a fumble.

Baltimore’s defense held the Browns to just 40 yards rushing on 17 carries.

The two teams will meet again in two weeks in Cleveland. The Ravens are in Pittsburgh this week and the Browns have a bye.

Here’s a look at our favorite photos from Sunday night’s Browns-Ravens game.

The Baltimore Ravens' defense celebrates stopping the Browns' offense on a fourth down conversion attempt in the second half.

Ravens defenders celebrating their stop of the Browns’ fourth down conversion attempt while Mayfield walks off the field sums up the game in one photo for me.

Cleveland Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield hands the football off to running back Nick Chubb as Baltimore Ravens inside linebacker Patrick Queen comes in to tackle Chubb for a loss on the play in the first quarter.

I was shooting a series of photographs of Mayfield handing the football off to running back Nick Chubb in the first quarter anticipating a big run game from Chubb. This hand off was a foreshadowing of the Browns’ run game Sunday night. Ravens linebacker Patrick Queen was already in the backfield on a blitz before Mayfield could deliver the ball to Chubb.

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Jarvis Landry watches the Baltimore Ravens player introductions before the start of the game.

The pregame spotlight found Browns receiver Jarvis Landry on the field watching as the Ravens’ defense was introduced at M&T Bank Stadium with fan wrist lights glowing in the stands.

Cleveland Browns tight end David Njoku celebrates his touchdown reception in the second half.

Tight end David Njoku’s classic spike was one of the few highlights for Cleveland fans in the game.

Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett gets a hand on the arm of Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson as he makes a touchdown throw in the second half.

This photo surprised me in the editing room at M&T Bank Stadium. Myles Garrett’s hand hits Jackson’s wrist on a pass attempt but Jackson somehow got enough power on the throw to connect on a touchdown reception to his tight end, Mark Andrews.

Cleveland Browns fans react to the loss.

This small patch of Browns fans, watching their team give the ball up on downs to lose the game as Ravens fans cheer around them, looked how I imagine many Browns fans back home felt.

Cleveland Browns tight end David Njoku celebrates after scoring a touchdown against the Baltimore Ravens in the second half.

I guess one touchdown celebration is better than none at all.

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Jarvis Landry gets torpedoed by Baltimore Ravens safety Chuck Clark in the second half.

Kudos to Landry for leaving it all on the field every game. He took a hard hit here by Ravens safety Chuck Clark.

The Cleveland Browns defense celebrates after free safety John Johnson intercepted a pass intended for Baltimore Ravens tight end Mark Andrews in the second half.

A highlight of the night was the Browns’ defensive takeaways -- on full display here after an intercepted pass by free safety John Johnson.

Baltimore Ravens outside linebacker Odafe Oweh recovers a fumble by Cleveland Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield in the first half.

There wasn’t much Mayfield could do but look on as the Ravens recovered this fumbled ball.

Cleveland Browns safety Ronnie Harrison intercepts a pass intended for Baltimore Ravens tight end Mark Andrews in the first half.

This is one of those frames you wish you had from the other side of the field, as Ronnie Harrison hovers just above the ground intercepting a pass. I still like the moment here, but would love it if I could see Harrison’s face.

Baltimore Ravens outside linebacker Justin Houston drives his helmet in quarterback Baker Mayfield's face mask in the second half.

Mayfield took a brutal hit to the head here by Justin Houston. I was expecting a roughing the passer call on the play. What about you?
