A San Francisco-based firm that uses technology to streamline real estate deals will soon launch a Med City office.
Doma, a digital title provider that “uses machine intelligence and its proprietary technology solutions to transform residential real estate, making closings instant and affordable,” is setting up a 1,000-square-foot office in First Alliance Credit Union ’s “cooperative” complex at 2483 Commerce Drive NW.
The hope is to open the office in mid-December with a “handful” of staff members. Doma will join Moka Coffee and Great Harvest Bread Co. as tenants in the complex that opened in June 2020.
Doma and its family of brands — States Title, North American Title Co. and North American Title Insurance Co. — work with banks and other lenders to speed up and streamline the real estate closing process. Some Doma clients include Wells Fargo, Chase and Sierra Pacific Mortgage.
