Syracuse, N.Y. -- There’s a new No. 1 in men’s college basketball.

Duke moved into the top spot after its impressive win over Gonzaga last week. The Blue Devils, the lone ACC team represented in the Top 25, are unbeaten at 7-0.

The ACC has been underwhelming during these non-conference games. It gets a chance to redeem itself during the Big Ten/ACC Challenge this week.

Syracuse faces Indiana on Tuesday; the Hoosiers have yet to lose this year, are receiving votes in the AP poll and have All-America candidate Trayce Jackson-Davis on their roster. Jackson-Davis, a 6-foot-9 forward, will present all kinds of issues inside the Syracuse zone.

Here’s the latest poll. Scroll below to see the ballot I turned in Sunday night.

Duke, which was No. 6 on my ballot last week, was an easy pick for No. 1 after it beat the Zags. UCLA, my previous No. 1, dropped to No. 6 when it lost big to Gonzaga last week.

I welcomed Iowa State, Colorado State, Wisconsin and Southern Cal to my ballot and said goodbye to Seton Hall, Illinois, Michigan and Virginia Tech.

Wisconsin, by virtue of its Maui Invitational title, moved way up. The Badgers have just one loss -- to a decent Providence team -- and have played a pretty challenging schedule. St. Bonaventure, after its loss to 2-3 Northern Iowa in the Reilly Center, stayed on my ballot at No. 24 (from 17), though that was a bad loss. The Bonnies’ game against Seton Hall will be a crucial one for both teams.

Here’s the ballot I turned in last night:

1) Duke

2) Gonzaga

3) Purdue

4) Baylor

5) Kansas

6) UCLA

7) Villanova

8) Texas

9) Kentucky

10) Arkansas

11) BYU

12) Wisconsin

13) Houston

18) Connecticut

19) Auburn

20) Arizona

21) Memphis

22) Michigan State

23) Colorado State

24) St. Bonaventure

25) Southern California
