Captain Sophie Ingle wants Wales to give a good account of themselves in Tuesday's Women's World Cup qualifier against France.

The top two in Group I of World Cup qualifying meet in Guingamp with the hosts starting as firm favourites.

Ingle believes Wales can get a result in France but says they will have to defend and be brave.
