The Greene County Sheriff’s Office responded to a single-vehicle accident south of Churdan on Thanksgiving. The call came in at approximately 12:31 p.m. about the rollover accident in the 900 block of 180th Street. Thirty-nine-year-old Katie Fitzpatrick of Carroll lost control of the 2006 Mercury Montego she was driving and rolled into the ditch, totaling the vehicle. Fitzpatrick was transported to the Greene County Medical Center by Greene County Emergency Medical Services for treatment of suspected minor injuries.
