Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott take kids to dinner amid divorce rumors

They could cut the tension with a (steak) knife.

In photos published by the Daily Mail, Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott were seen taking their kids to Ruth’s Chris Steak House in Woodland Hills, Calif., on Saturday, amid rumors they’re getting divorced.

This is the first time they’ve been seen together since the family ventured as a group to Disneyland in October after Page Six published exclusive photos of an enraged Spelling standing outside a lawyer’s office holding a notepad with info about custody.

It’s difficult to tell whether the former “Beverly Hills, 90210” star and “Chopped Canada” alum wore their wedding rings to dinner, though they’ve had a history of leaving them at home.

The seemingly estranged pair hasn’t done much to dispel the hearsay that they’re splitting for good. Spelling, 48, already has eliminated McDermott, 55, from anything having to do with Christmas. She first shared with fans her and her children’s holiday card, from which McDermott was absent, and then uploaded a sneak peak at their Christmas stockings, when once again there was nothing for the Canadian actor.

Spelling claimed McDermott was working in Canada at the time the photo shoot for the card took place, but didn’t give a reason for why he was stockingless.

Perhaps most telling was the fact that the “Scary Movie 2” actress spent Thanksgiving with just her two daughters, Stella, 13, and Hattie, 10.

“Three empowered females cooking, cheering, and chatting,” Spelling captioned a photo on Instagram of the trio toasting on Thursday.

“Making sweet potato casserole, drinking cranberry mimosas {mine with champagne and theirs sparkling apple juice}, and watching a holiday rom-com on @stella_mcdermott08 laptop.”

Spelling also shares sons Liam Aaron, 14, Finn Davey, 9, and Beau Dean, 4, with McDermott, who a source told People is now living separately from her.
