Lindsay Lohan is engaged!
The Mean Girls actress announced her engagement to fiancé Bader Shammas early Sunday morning. Lohan posted a carousel of four adorable photos of herself and Shammas cuddling and showing off the engagement ring to the camera. Lohan’s engagement ring can be seen in all four shots.
“My love. My life. My family. My future,” Lohan wrote in the caption. Shammas confirmed the news by retweeting Lindsay’s announcement on Twitter.
Lohan and Shammas have been dating for two years, according to The Independent. The duo met in Dubai, which is where Lohan has lived for the past seven years. Shammas is the Assistant Vice President at Credit Suisse in Dubai.
Lindsay’s engagement to Bader marks her second engagment. The star was previously set to wed Russian millionaire Egor Tarabasov before their split in 2016.
Lindsay has remained relatively distant from the world of Hollywood in recent years. Fans can expect to see her return to the world of acting in an upcoming untitled Netflix holiday film which she stars in with Chord Overstreet.
