The Falcons not only had their two longest rushing plays of the season (25 and 19 both by Cordarrelle Patterson), but also ran for 149 yards as a team, the team's most all season.

Falcons analyst Dave Archer took a look at Sunday's performance and how he feels it showcased what the team needs to be under Coach Arthur Smith.

"There is a toughness to them, maybe taking on the persona of their head coach. Arthur Smith is a no-nonsense guy, he wants to come off the ball and hit you in the mouth, play physical, and they've had a tough time doing that at times," says Archer. "They got it on Sunday and I think maybe that toughness and resilience comes from their coach. That's what he personifies. He's a pure football coach, wants to play physical and mash you, and that's what they did on Sunday, and I thought they mirrored their coach."
