LIVONIA (WWJ) -- The Livonia Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect who stole a tip car from a local coffee shop two weeks ago.
On Nov. 18 at around 7 p.m., the suspect entered a coffee shop in the area of Joy and North Hix Road in Livonia.

The video shows that while the employee was preparing an order with her back turned to the counter, the suspect grabbed the tip jar, concealed it under her jacket and left the store with it.
The suspect appears to be a white female with brown hair who was last seen wearing a pink hooded sweatshirt, a black North Face jacket and black pants.
