COVID-19 outbreaks are down in Larimer County as we head into the holiday season. The Coloradoan reports the county saw just two new, small outbreaks-one at a restaurant in Fort Collins and another at an assisted living facility in Loveland. But state health officials say it’s too soon to say whether this plateau in cases is a trend that should allow people to let their guard down.
