UPDATE: Calumet County Sheriff I.D. victim of SUV crash

BRILLION, Wis. (WFRV)- New information has been released regarding a recent crash in Calumet County that killed one person.

According to the Calumet County Sheriff’s Department, all individuals involved in the accident have been identified.

On Monday, November 29, the Sheriff’s Department released the new information to the public. The victim, 50-year-old Alex De Tennis of De Pere, was found in his SUV dead when officers arrived to the accident. The SUV that was heading Southbound when it was struck by De Tennis was being driven by 54-year-old Kimberly Larson of Kewaskum.

Along with Larson, Nancy Schlosser, a 54-year-old, from West Bend, and Mary Jo Otten, a 54-year-old woman, from Kewaskum were all in the vehicle with her. They were treated for their injuries at a local hospital and officials say they are expected to recover.

No other information has been released at this time.

ORIGINAL STORY: One person dead after SUV fails to stop at a stop sign in Calumet County

MONDAY 11/29/21 7:28 a.m.

BRILLION, Wis. (WFRV) – One person is dead and three people are injured following a crash on Highway 57 in Brillion.

According to the Calumet County Sheriff’s Office, on Nov. 28 around 7:30 p.m., authorities received multiple calls about a two-vehicle crash on Highway 57 at Man Cal Road in Brillion. An SUV reportedly failed to stop at a stop sign and hit another SUV.

Authorities say that the SUV that didn’t stop at the stop sign was driven by a 50-year-old man. He died from his injuries at the scene. The other vehicle in the crash was driven by a 54-year-old woman.

The woman and her two passengers (both who were 54-year-old women) were transported to a local hospital.

Multiple agencies helped the Calumet County Sheriff’s Office at the scene. The incident is still under investigation.
