Neighbours spoilers follow for UK and Australian viewers.
Neighbours' Kyle Canning will be faced with new challenges over the coming week, as he struggles to balance his treatment for cancer with the pressures of planning his wedding to Roxy Willis.
Kyle (Chris Milligan) was diagnosed with testicular cancer in October and has since undergone surgery. After he became concerned that he wouldn't be able to make girlfriend Roxy (Zima Anderson) happy following his surgery, Roxy decided to show Kyle just how much she loves him by proposing – with a delighted Kyle accepting.
The couple have since been excitedly preparing for their wedding, but Kyle faces another difficult moment in upcoming scenes as he and Roxy attend the police ball together.

Kyle is eager to enjoy a fun night out with his fiancée at the ball and insists that he is feeling absolutely fine to go out.
But during a dance, the nausea caused by his chemotherapy treatment gets the better of him. Mortified, Kyle is left worrying that he has ruined the evening for Roxy.
Roxy, however, insists that they have the rest of their lives to go on nights out together and she drives her fiancé home to get some rest.

Later in the week, while Roxy is busy at work, Kyle decides to take on the task of planning the wedding himself. His concerned grandmother, Sheila Canning (Colette Mann), however, isn't so convinced, feeling that Kyle should be resting and recovering from his chemo treatment.
Sheila takes it upon herself to take the reins on the wedding planning, but the stress of her running the show starts to mount on Kyle.
He quickly realises that he needs to find another solution to the problem, and fast. Who will Kyle turn to next?
