#PTD_ON_STAGE_LA_Day2: BTS Performs 'Butter' Remix with Megan Thee Stallion, Jin Portrays 'Squid Game' Younghee and More

"BTS Permission to Dance on Stage" Day 2 has officially ended with BTS leaving another batch of thousands of fans happy and satisfied with their performances and goofy moments.

On Nov. 28 at 7:30 p.m. PST, BTS held the second night of their "BTS Permission to Dance on Stage - LA" at SoFi Stadium with a new setlist.

According to reports, the estimated number of fans who attended today's concert was 53,000, which is a lot more than the fans who were present on Day 1.

Ahead of the main show, BTS held a soundcheck where they performed four songs, three of which were different from the tracks they sang on the first day. The septet sang "Dope," "Airplane pt.2," "Baepsae," and "Dis-ease."

The whole setlist for "BTS Permission to Dance on Stage" Day 2 is almost the same as the setlist on the first day. The difference is there are three new songs plus the special collaboration of BTS with Megan Thee Stallion.

In particular, American rapper Megan Thee Stallion made a surprise appearance at BTS's LA concert to sing the remix version of "Butter." The two artists were initially scheduled to perform the "Butter" remix at the 2021 American Music Awards (AMAs) on Nov. 21. However, the joint stage was canceled as Stallion did not attend the event due to personal reasons.

But, BTS and Megan Thee Stallion did make it up for the fans with a spectacular collaboration stage of the "Butter" remix at "BTS Permission to Dance on Stage" Day 2. On Twitter, many fans expressed how much they admire the close bond between the two artists.

The other new songs that the septet performed at their LA concert were "I'm Fine," "Young Forever," and "Spring Day," with the two latter songs sung during the encore stage.

And of course, the event will not be complete without singing the concert's title, "Permission to Dance."

#PTD_ON_STAGE_LA_Day2: BTS Jin Portrays "Squid Game" Doll, Suga Reveals Why There Were No Solo Performances

Apart from the performances of the group's hit songs, "BTS Permission to Dance on Stage" Day 2 also featured BTS member Jin making a little reference to the popular "Squid Game" doll, named Younghee.

Jin surprised fans with a ribboned hairstyle during the ending stage. While most fans thought his hairstyle was just a simple treat to the fans who are anticipating seeing his adorable side, some figured out what he was making a reference to - Younghee from "Squid Game."

He adorably acted out the part where Younghee sings "mugunghwa kkochi pieosseumnida!" making fans laugh out loud.

Following the concert, BTS Jin shared a photo of him on Weverse in the same hairdo and posed as "Squid Game" Younghee, together with the caption "mugunghwa kkochi pieosseumnida!" Meanwhile, BTS Suga touched fans' hearts during his ending speech when he said the reason why "BTS Permission to Dance on Stage" has no solo stages.

Suga said, "'Permission to Dance' performance was a big challenge. We're getting older. And, let me tell you why we set up this concert without solo songs. We prepared everything, from the cue sheet to devices, because we've been away for two years. And, we wanted full attention on seven of us."
