Jarome Iginla was back home on Saturday and it was like he'd never left.

Calgary Flames fans at Scotiabank Saddledome gave the recent Hockey Hall of Fame inductee a rousing ovation when he was announced to the crowd during a game against the Winnipeg Jets.

Iginla is no stranger to ovations in Calgary. He is the team's career leader in goals (525), points (1,095) and games played (1,219). He is second to Al MacInnis on the Flames career list with 570 assists. The Flames retired his No. 12 in 2019.
The Edmonton, Alberta-native, who spent 16 of his 20 NHL seasons in Calgary, was shown on the scoreboard to the delight of those in attendance.
Iginla was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame earlier this month.
