Celtic have managed to put up the results in recent weeks although Ange Postecoglou’s side have not looked at their free flowing best. And that is all that anyone could ask for right now, with games coming thick and fast. Goals from Jota and Callum McGregor sealed a very important win and all three points for the Hoops against Aberdeen. And now, it looks like there is some more good news on the horizon.

Celtic have had their fair share of injuries this season to say the least. Rarely have they had a full strength squad available.

And while they have kept up their results, it is safe to say that Postecoglou’s side have had a number of key players out injured recently.

There is some good news as it looks like Tom Rogic will be available for the next game, while a few other players are closing in on their respective returns to the pitch as well. As reported by 67 Hail Hail, the manager told Celtic TV:

"“Hopefully Nir Bitton should be available again and Tommy Rogic will definitely be available for Thursday, which is good.“Carl Starfelt isn’t too far away, Greg Taylor isn’t too far away, so we are getting some troops back. We’re going to need them, it’s a heavy schedule and we don’t want our level of performance to drop.”"

Celtic handed massive Rogic boost heading into December

December is arguably the most congested period of the footballing calendar and as a result, Celtic could do with all the help that they can get at this point of time.

As a result, the news of Rogic returning to the pitch soon is brilliant news for the club. The Australian has been a very important part of the team ever since Postecoglou’s arrival over the summer.

He was a regular started for the Hoops before he picked up an injury and one can hope that he will return to the playing XI once again when he is fit.

Rogic has played some of his best football in a Celtic shirt this season and appeared to be getting better with every passing game before an injury put his on the sidelines for several weeks. Let’s hope he can pick back up right where he left off.
