They may wish to speak with the other African nations who have pulled out of the Silk Road initiative with China. It isn’t anything like what they were lead to believe.

Russia wants to be the ussr and will do anything to that end. all negotiations will fail for to Russia it's just paper we see evidence of this with new missles new nuclear weapons especially the nuclear bullets he so proudly held in his hand for a photo same goes for china they are not in anyway a friend and we must prepare for war
