Lindsay Lohan Is Engaged and OMG Her Ring Is Stunning

It looks like congratulations are in order for Lindsay Lohan!

The 35-year-old actress just announced that she is engaged to her boyfriend, Bader Shammas, by posting a series of romantic photos to her Instagram account. The first image is a black-and-white shot of Lohan laughing while Shammas wraps his arm around her, and the following three images are full color shots of Lohan snuggling in his arms, blowing him a kiss and hiding behind her hoodie while Shammas throws up a peace sign.

In her caption, the Mean Girls star said, “My love. My life. My family. My future. @bader.shammas #love.”

Meanwhile, the slideshow also offered an up-close look at Lohan's square cut diamond engagement ring from jeweler Harry Winston.

Lohan must have been getting her family in on the excitement, because she tagged two of her siblings—Aliana and Dakota—on the first image.

According to The Independent, Lohan and Shammas have been dating for two years. While details of their relationship have been kept relatively private, it seems the two spend their time together in Dubai, which is the place Lohan has called home for the past seven years, and where Shammas works as an Assistant Vice President for Credit Suisse’s International Wealth Management division.

This has been an exciting time for Lohan, who also announced her acting comeback earlier this month, saying, “Back at work and couldn’t be happier! Action! @netflix @netflixfilm.”

The Parent Trap actress will star in a Netflix Christmas movie set for a 2022 release, where she will play a “newly engaged, spoiled hotel heiress who finds herself in the care of a handsome, blue-collar lodge owner and his precocious daughter after getting total amnesia in a skiing accident.” Lohan will star alongside Glee's Chord Overstreet.
