well Germany is a close ally to your country ...but what your country don't see and it isn't meant for them to see...Germany hasn't really forgiving USA

I am not quite sure why the American Congress should have any concern let alone any say in a deal between Germany and Russia .

We have occupied Germany ever since WW2. They are not free. Lo0k at how the other European countries do.They don't need the US permission. And we are the home of the free transplanting our freedom around the world. Except for Germany.
