Drema Williams, 62 of Omar, went to be with the Lord on November 24th, 2021, at Logan Regional Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. She was born January 2nd, 1959, in Omar to the late Jimmy and Virginia Vance. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death (at birth) her sister, Joann Vance.
Those left to cherish her memories includes her loving husband of forty-seven years, Danny; one son, Danny and Heather Williams of Asheboro, North Carolina; and two wonderful grandsons Hunter (17) and Carson (12) also of Asheboro North Carolina; three brothers, Charles and Kathy Stamper of Omar, Ray and Judith Ann Stamper of Mudfork, and Jimmy and Ashley Vance of Delbarton; two special aunts, Debbie Dillon and Sharon McCleese of Omar; and a host of nieces, nephews, loving family, friends, and loving and caring neighbors; and two close friends, Sill and Debbie Meadows of Sandy Bottom.
Drema attended Switzer Assembly of God Church where she enjoyed being in fellowship with her brothers and sisters in Christ. She was a devoted Christian, mother, and grandmother. Drema had a kind, loving, and giving spirit. She was always ready to lend a helping hand. She had two close friends, Sill and Debbie Meadows of Sandy Bottom and some wonderful loving and caring neighbors.
A funeral service will be held 3:00 pm Saturday, November 27th, 2021, at Collins Funeral Home Chapel with her Pastor Shane Dennison officiating. Burial will follow in Chauncey Cemetery. Pallbearers will include Stevie Herndon, Haven Marine, Jesse Newsome, Willie Ooten, Hunter Mileto and Tyler Mileto. Honorary pallbearers include Joe Mileto and nephew Brannon Talbert.
A visitation will be held an hour prior to the service.
