Bottom line if you drink moderately make sure you take vitamins daily you will be fine and keep your diet rich in vitamins alcoholism comes from lack of vitamins in the body

My grandfather drank his whole life and later in life frank two boiler makers every night and was sharp as a knife until he died at 93.

maybe if we all live on a diet via optimized ivs, spend all of our days in a clean room environment, and have constant vital function monitoring, regimented cardio and muscle stimulation sessions, we can live 30 years longer, albeit, death would be a blessing.
