GABBY Petito chillingly shared an Astroworld Instagram post with the caption "wish you were here" before her deadly road trip with Brian Laundrie.

The 22-year-old shared a snap of her posing in a grey hoodie in a car alongside the hashtag '#Astroworld' in the same year the concert was first held.

Internet sleuths have suggested Gabby could have eerily predicted the disaster at Travis Scott's musical festival years before her doomed road trip with Laundrie.

It is the latest online conspiracy theory regarding Astroworld, after videos on social media wildly claimed what happened was actually a large-scale "satanic blood sacrifice."

During the festival in November 5 this year, 10 people died and hundreds were injured while Travis was performing.

Gabby shared the post on Instagram on November 8, 2018, as Scott had launched Astroworld to "make his childhood dream come true".

He has often spoke of his connection to the defunct theme park Six Flags AstroWorld which was located in his hometown of Houston, Texas.

Scott previously said of the amusement park: "When they took away Astroworld, they took away a piece of my heart."

It later provided the inspiration for his third studio album and led to the creation of his festival by the same name.

Hundreds of concert-goers have now filed lawsuits after being injured in a crowd crush during his headline show this year.

Now social media users are speculating whether Gabby anticipated the tragedy before her death in August 2021 - just three months before the carnage at Astroworld.

Her stepdad shared an emotional Thanksgiving tribute to the late travel vlogger as well as his mother - who died within months of each other.

Jim Schmidt wrote in a tweet: "Went to visit mom today. Our first thanksgiving without her, grandma and Gabby.

"I miss you all immensely. I know you are all together watching over us. Life is truly a gift and love every minute of it. Be present in every moment with your family, and live life to the fullest."

Schmidt's Twitter post follows Gabby's mom's first public statement in wake of Brian Laundrie's autopsy results saying to be “grateful for every moment."

LAUNDRIE'S LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

Before the heartfelt statements, Laundrie's cause of death was ruled a suicide by coroners on November 23 - weeks after his remains were found in the Florida wilderness.

He died from a single gunshot wound to the head, according to the Laundrie family lawyer Steven Bertolino.

Laundrie's parents could now face evidence tampering charges after it emerged a gun went missing from their home -after they had turned over all of their firearms to the FBI.

The Laundrie family lawyer revealed they knew the weapon was missing from their home while their son fled to a Florida nature park during the investigation into Gabby's disappearance.

Attorney Steve Bertolino said the information was not disclosed publicly because both he and law enforcement agreed it was "best for that information to not be public."

"Imagine, with the frenzied atmosphere at the time, if the public thought Brian had a gun," he said.

"I cannot speak to why [police] did not reveal the info but we spoke about it at the time and I believe they felt as I did."

It has not been confirmed whether the missing gun is the one Laundrie used to take his own life.

Retired FBI agent Jennifer Coffindaffer says the couple could "have possible culpability under 18 U.S.C. 3, which is accessory after the fact, and possibly 18 U.S.C. 1519, which is obstruction in terms of if they tampered with any evidence after that crime was committed."
