Lance Bass takes a relaxing walk with his four-legged friends after spending his first Thanksgiving with his new twin babies 

He and his husband Michael Turchin welcomed fraternal twins via surrogate last month.  

But on Friday, Lance Bass enjoyed some quality time with his fur babies as he took his dogs for a walk.  

The 42-year-old NSYNC member was dressed casually as he joined his parents Diane and James for some fresh air.

Lance looked low key in a plain beige T-shirt and a set of gray sweatpants.

He paired them with black New Balance trainers and blocked out the sun with black sunglasses while sporting a carefully cropped beard.

He was joined by his adorable little dogs Chip and Dale, whom he adopted back in 2017 from Vanderpump Dogs.

Last month, he shared with Today that he and his husband Michael had originally only planned to foster the dogs for a short period, though once they'd spent some time with the pooches they found they were the perfect match.

'Yeah, they were definitely meant to be, I mean, you know fate definitely brought us the puppies that, that we needed and they are perfect. You could not choose better dogs for us,' Lance said.

He was still unsure how the tiny dogs would adjust to their newborns at the time.

'It'll be very interesting to see how Chip and Dale are with the twins. I'm guessing they're going to be really great because they are fun, little, gentle dogs and super sweet,' he said. 'But you just never know and of course, we're going to be very, you know, careful at the beginning of introducing them.'

The twins, Violet and Alexander, were born on October 13, and Lance shared the happy news to Instagram four days later. 

On Friday, he and Michael beamed as they held their adorable children in front of a decked-out Christmas tree.

'So much to be thankful for. Even these full diapers,' the singer wrote in his caption.

When he announced their birth, Lance joked that he hadn't 'slept much in 5 days and I'm covered in ick but I've never been so happy!'

Last week, his bandmates Joey Fatone and Chris Kirkpatrick got their first in-person meeting with the cute babies.

The singers, who are both fathers themselves, grinned while cradling the tiny tots in their arms in a snap Lance shared on Instagram.

Lance and his husband Michael began their relationship back in January 2011, and they got engaged in 2013.

The lovebirds tied the knot in 2014 with Joey, Chris and their bandmate JC in attendance, with Justin Timberlake being the only missing band member, as he was busy on tour at the time.   

Prior to welcoming his two young children, Lance and Michael had dealt with multiple failed surrogacy attempts.

In 2020, the couple opened up about their surrogate suffering a miscarriage.
