Which Carolina Panthers players should you start or sit in fantasy football during their Week 12 game against the Miami Dolphins?

With their playoff hopes still up in the air, the Carolina Panthers will travel to play the Miami Dolphins this week before getting a much-needed bye. Brian Flores’ men are struggling this season, particularly on offense, but situations such as this haven’t translated into many wins for Matt Rhule and his players in recent weeks.

After dismantling the New York Jets (2-8), New Orleans Saints (5-5), and Houston Texans (2-8) in the season’s first three weeks, Carolina took unexpected losses to the Philadelphia Eagles, New York Giants, and the Washington Football Team who have a combined record of 12-19. The Panthers, who are currently one game under .500, desperately need to take care of business this Sunday to stay in the NFC playoff hunt.

While there’s no such thing as an “off week” in the NFL, Carolina will be facing a tougher test in Miami than one might expect, as the Dolphins have won three games in a row.

Miami has had quarterback problems of their own this season, but the 2020 No. 5 overall pick Tua Tagovailoa seems to be healthy again and put on a show against the Jets. On the other side, their defense has played lights out as of late, allowing 12 points per game during the team’s impressive recent run.

This is no easy test for Panthers. But if they can pass this one, the team – and the fans – will be able to rest easier during the Week 13 bye.

However, before we get there, I’ll tell you which players to start and sit in Week 12.
