Dallas Stars have a quick turnaround after melting the Avalanche Friday night as they travel to take on the Arizona Coyotes in Arizona tonight. This will be a challenge for the Stars as they need to regroup after celebrating Pavelski hitting the 400 goals club.

Dallas Stars vs Arizona Coyotes: 3. Don’t become the Dallas Cowboys

I don’t know if any of our readers are Cowboys fans but you remember them going on a winning streak and then losing to the Broncos all of a sudden. It could happen to the Stars tonight if they keep on celebrating the win last night and not taking care of the business at hand. If the Stars can’t handle the quick turnaround on back to back games, its going to be a long season.

Dallas Stars vs Arizona Coyotes: 2. Coyotes have nothing to lose

The Arizona Coyotes is currently the second to last place team in the entire league. It’s like a FCS vs an FBS football game, the FCS school has nothing to lose and will throw the kitchen sink trying to win. I wouldn’t underestimate the Coyotes because they won’t make the playoffs this year and what do they have to lose at this point.

Dallas Stars vs Arizona Coyotes: 1. Goaltending choice matters tonight

Goaltending is going to be a huge factor for the Dallas Stars tonight against the Coyotes. Usually on a back to back night situation the goaltender who doesn’t play will get the start. My guess is Holtby will start tonight for the Stars but I could be wrong and Oettinger could go for a 5-0 record.

Coyotes to watch

Clayton Keller

Keller is tied with Lawson Crouse for most goals scored on the Coyotes roster this season. Keller is going to go hard at whatever goaltender the Stars have in net tonight so expect him to end up on the score sheet whether thats with a goal or an assist.
