Coroner: Man killed in hunting accident in Cambria County

UPDATE #2 11/28- Cambria County Coroner Jeff Lees confirmed that just after 10 a.m. yesterday, a hunter was accidentally shot and killed off of Buckhorn Road in Jackson Township.

State police and the Pennsylvania Game Commission are assisting Lees in an investigation of the accident.

An autopsy is scheduled for today and Lees said more details will be available after that.


UPDATE 12:20 p.m.- Dispatch has confirmed that the Cambria County Coroner was called to the accident.
