Toney (concussion) was a full practice participant Friday, Nicki Jhabvala of The Washington Post reports.
Toney missed last week's win over Carolina while in the concussion protocol, but it appears he'll be back in action for Week 12. The 23-year-old has played only a handful of snaps in his three appearances this season, and that may be the case again Monday if he's not a healthy scratch.
