Welcome to another edition of WWE Recap Report — a breakdown of the biggest takeaways of the week from WWE programming for those who may have missed out.

Whether you need to catch up on a show, had too busy of a week to stay on top of the breaking news or just skipped out on WWE as a whole, I’ve got you covered.

Obviously, not every single thing will be recapped here in detail. But this is your TL;DR of the week to be caught up to speed before the next Monday Night Raw so you’re not left in the dark.

With that being said, here is a quick rundown of this week in WWE.

MONDAY NIGHT RAW

  • Riddle defeated Dolph Ziggler by pinfall.
  • Becky Lynch cut a promo on her win at Survivor Series and the crowd always looking for someone new, but how she’ll keep the title over Liv Morgan and everyone else.
  • Bianca Belair defeated Tamina by pinfall. Natalya and Doudrop attacked Belair after the match.
  • Seth Rollins cut a promo on being sole survivor and winning for Team Raw. Finn Balor came out and the two brawled, with Rollins quickly coming out on top.
  • AJ Styles and Omos defeated The Street Profits by disqualification.
  • Women’s Tag Team Championship Match: Carmella and Queen Zelina Vega defeated Rhea Ripley and Nikki A.S.H. by pinfall to win the titles!
  • Cedric Alexander defeated Reggie to win the 24/7 Championship. Then, Dana Brooke pinned Alexander to win the title.
  • 2-on-1 Handicap Match: Bobby Lashley defeated Rey Mysterio and Dominik Mysterio by submission.
  • Damian Priest retained the United States Championship in an open challenge over Sami Zayn by pinfall.
  • Big E defeated Austin Theory by pinfall to retain the WWE Championship.

NXT

  • Tommaso Ciampa defeated Grayson Waller by pinfall.
  • Backstage, an interview with Joe Gacy was interrupted by LA Knight.
  • Backstage, Toxic Attraction and Dakota Kai talked some trash about Cora Jade and company. They came across a bunch of broken glass and when they walked off, Kay Lee Ray was shown with a baseball bat having been the one to break everything.
  • Cameron Grimes cut a promo about how he’s shown his doubters that he’s good enough. He then was interrupted by Duke Hudson. Grimes challenged Hudson to a Hair vs Hair match at WarGames. Hudson accepted.
  • Vignette: Tiffany Stratton—a spoiled brat blonde girl playing tennis and talking about how rich and entitled she is—is coming soon because “Daddy said [she’s] ready to take over NXT.”
  • Kacy Catanzaro and Kayden Carter defeated Indi Hartwell and Persia Pirotta by pinfall.
  • Andre Chase made fun of Cameron Grimes backstage, but Grimes just brushed him off.
  • Santos Escobar defeated Malik Blade by pinfall. Legado del Fantasma spoke about Xyon Quinn after the match and how the team is back at full strength. Kyle O’Reilly and Von Wagner interrupted to say they want the tag titles and that Joaquin Wilde and Raul Mendoza didn’t really beat them. Imperium then popped up to belittle both teams and speak on how they’ll stay champions no matter who they fight at WarGames.
  • Tony D’Angelo has his money on Carmelo Hayes and thinks Pete Dunne stands no chance at winning the title match tonight.
  • Cora Jade defeated Mandy Rose by pinfall.
  • LA Knight vs Joe Gacy didn’t happen as Grayson Waller jumped Knight on the ramp. Gacy then cut a promo and was interrupted by Diamond Mine. It will be Gacy vs. Roderick Strong for the NXT Cruiserweight Championship at WarGames (despite how Gacy is 245 lbs)
  • MSK had another part of their journey to meeting the shaman. This time, they were pulled over by a cop not for speeding, but for going only 7 miles per hour. They were let go with just a warning, though.
  • Ivy Nile defeated Yulisa Leon by submission
  • Vignette: Boa was spotlighted.
  • Brooks Jensen and Josh Briggs defeated Grizzled Young Veterans by pinfall.
  • Kay Lee Ray is officially the fourth member of the opposition for Toxic Attraction and Dakota Kai at WarGames.
  • North American Championship Triple Threat Match: Carmelo Hayes (c) defeated Johnny Gargano and Pete Dunne by pinfall to retain the title.

NXT UK

  • Jordan Devlin defeated Mark Andrews by pinfall.
  • Sid Scala announced that Moustache Mountain will face Pretty Deadly in 2 weeks for the NXT UK Tag Team Championship.
  • Gallus wants to fight Teoman, Rohan Raja and Charlie Dempsey.
  • Isla Dawn defeated Aleah James by pinfall.
  • Xia Brookside coaxed Sid Scala into giving her a shot at the NXT UK Women’s Championship. That will happen next week, which she complains about, as that’s not enough time for her to get ready and prepare.
  • Jinny defeated Angel Hayze by pinfall.
  • Vignette: Hype for Ilja Dragunov vs. Rampage Brown
  • Backstage, Kenny Williams made fun of Subculture for getting checked on by the medical staff as they keep getting beaten down and injured.
