Coronation Street spoilers follow.
Coronation Street villain Hashim Elamin suffers an unexpected health scare next month as he continues to clash with the Nazir family.
Hashim (Vincent Ebrahim) has spent the past few weeks putting pressure on Zeedan Nazir to launder money through Speed Daal for him.
We recently revealed that this story is leading up to a shock fire at Speed Daal, shortly after Hashim encourages Zeedan (Qasim Akhtar) to burn down the restaurant and claim on the insurance.
Hashim claims that this is Zeedan's best way of paying him back everything he owes, but viewers will have to stay tuned to find out whether Zeedan is really the one who starts the fire or not.

There's yet more trouble for the Nazirs when the police start to suspect that the fire was started deliberately.
Alya (Sair Khan) is terrified as an investigation is launched, especially when the police ask to see the business accounts.
Yasmeen (Shelley King) is also interviewed by the police as part of the probe.

Just as Hashim pulls out his phone, he sinks to his knees and clutches his chest in serious pain.
Zeedan goes to call an ambulance, wondering whether his nemesis will be okay.
