For The Win
Who throws a glove?
It's New York Rangers star Artemi Panarin, who was on the New York Rangers' bench and was chirping at the Boston Bruins star Brad Marchand, who's known for his smack-talking and annoying ways.
The two were talking back and forth, and Panarin removed his left glove and chucked it at Marchand. The funny thing is that Panarin then asked for it back.
Both players received misconducts with 12 seconds left in the game.
What was the story behind it? We probably won't find out the answer. Panarin didn't talk after the game and Rangers teammate Ryan Strome wouldn't comment.
Here's what Marchand said, according to ESPN: "We were talking about what we had for Thanksgiving dinner. He didn't like what I ate."
Right.
