The sixth season of Outlander is on the horizon, and as a special Thanksgiving treat, Starz has given us a sneak peek at the new opening credits.
The broadcaster and the show's cast have been teasing Outlander's return for months, with star Lauren Lyle saying it will get "a lot darker" and Caitriona Balfe promising a "heartbreaking and twisted" season.
In the new release, Starz wrote: "To show how thankful we are for all you Outlander fans this Thanksgiving, we're bringing you the wonderful Season 6 rendition of our Skye Boat Song by Raya Yarbrough and Griogair Labhruidh."
The new season will hit the streamer on March 6, 2022, and a seventh season has already been confirmed.

Starz president and CEO Chris Albrecht previously told fans what they can expect from the upcoming instalment: "Fans can rest assured their beloved Claire and Jamie will be back facing new challenges, adversaries and adventures in season six as we delve into American history and continue the story of the Frasers as they settle in the New World."
Star Sam Heughan, who plays Jamie Fraser, said he was "really pleased with this season", telling fans it has an "early western vibe" in a "small but mighty season".
A first look at season six was shown at New York Comic Con last month, showing the arrival of winter at the Ridge in North Carolina and the forthcoming war. The American Revolution is coming, but Claire will also have to grapple with the trauma she experienced in season five.
