A lakefront estate on the Nevada side of Lake Tahoe’s North Shore recently sold for $47.5 million.

The 11,843-square-foot, 2-story home at 859 Lakeshore Blvd. in Incline Village was built in 2005 and has four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms and three fireplaces.

The gated property, known as “Spirit of the Lake,” sits on a 1.39-acre plot of land and includes 150 feet of lakeshore.

The sale is the third highest for a residential lakefront property on record within the Lake Tahoe region, according to a press release from Chase International.

Clif Chase of Chase International represented the buyer, EFN Lakeshore. The seller, Spirit of the Lake LLC, was represented by Tracey Cutler of Corcoran Global Living.

The sale closed on Nov. 10, according to the Washoe County Recorder’s Office.
