The Tennessee Titans are starting to running out of healthy weapons for their offense. A few weeks ago, they lost All Pro running back Derrick Henry probably for the rest of the season. Then they announced that placed wide receiver Julio Jones on injured reserve. Well, they might be without wide receiver A.J. Brown for their matchup against the New England Patriots as well.

NBC Sports Edge reported that Brown missed practice again Thursday.

That is back to back DNP's for the Pro Bowl wide receiver. That is far from ideal as the Titans travel to Foxborough Sunday in a matchup that could be for the top seed in the AFC.

Currently, Tennessee sits at 8-3, one game ahead of New England. A loss would drop them into a tie with the Patriots then holding the tie-breaker. Not to mention, the hard charging Colts are only two games back in the AFC South. The Titans did defeat the Colts twice already this season, so it might take an entire collapse to lose the division.

The Titans have their bye week coming up after the game with the Patriots. So, head coach Mike Vrabel might opt to rest his star receiver, buying him an extra week to heal up.

A.J. Brown is dealing with a chest injury he sustained last week in the Titans surprising loss to the Houston Texans. If Brown misses the game, the Titans will be down to Chester Rogers and Nick Westbrook-Ikhine at receiver. They are already down to D'Onta Foreman at running back.

It could be a long day in New England for the Titans.
