Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Pearl have both been smash hits for Nintendo, Game Freak, and The Pokémon Company, with the game smashing sales records on the Switch. To celebrate, players can snag themselves free Turtwig, Chimchar, and Piplup statues for use in the Underground.
Players can use the code BDSPUNDERGR0UND (make sure it’s a zero instead of o for orange) by pressing Y and going to Mystery Gift. You will need an internet connection to redeem your free statues.
Here’s a step-by-step guide on how you can get the free statues in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl.
– Launch BDSP.
– Press Y, select Mystery Gift. Bear in mind that the Mystery Gift doesn’t become available until at least you have beaten Roark and gone to the Jubilife TV station. Otherwise, it will unlock after you’ve beaten Maylene.
– Enter the BDSPUNDERGR0UND code.
– Select the statues.
– “Download” the gift.
Once done, players can then use these statues to increase the chances of finding the respective Pokémon types in the Grand Underground. The Turtwig statue will increase Grass spawns, Chimchar will increase Fire spawns, and Piplup will increase Water spawns.
Players must use the Digging Drill to excavate secret bases in the Grand Underground. The Digging Drill is available from the sellers in the Underground.
These free statues will be available to redeem until May 31st, 2022.
