trauma is hazardous to humans period. watching news can be traumatic, crazies getting vicious in public settings is almost common now.would be nice if there was a short documentary or class at school on surviving and overcoming trauma.I don't know one soul hasn't gone thru a lot in the last 6 yrs

People are always telling me about people they know who have died or are dying from cancer or are diagnosed with cancer ... people I barely even know think they should tell me this in our first conversation, even. I don’t know if this applies but please stop doing that because it’s unnecessary and nobody you’re telling can actually help.

it's better to mourn things in private in order to move forward in life. it can take a long time but things do get better. people who've been through alot have alot more empathy then people who haven't
