Wednesday night's matchup between the Golden State Warriors and Philadelphia 76ers was more than a basketball game. It was a family affair. Fitting that right before the Thanksgiving holiday, Steph and Seth Curry were able to write a new chapter in their sibling rivalry on the NBA stage.

Steph and the Warriors walked away with the victory in the end, but Seth did all he could to stick it to his older brother. The pair of brothers managed to be the game's top-two scorers. Steph had a game-high 25 points, with Seth right behind him at 24.

After the game, the two-time MVP touched on how impressed he is by his younger brother and the way he's been able to carve out a role for himself in the league.

“That dude is playing unbelievable basketball, and it's fun to watch,” Steph Curry said. “He's continued to get better. He goes at his own pace, he's so under control. It's impressive, the way that he's playing, the way that he's stepped into his own identity in this league as a scorer and playmaker. Proud, proud brother.”

Seth's journey in the NBA is far different from his older brother's, but he is now seeing the results of his hard work and resilience. Now, he and his brother are two of the top three-point shooters the game has ever seen.

Opportunity is everything for guys on the fringe, and the Sixers guard always made the most of his. He has certainly come a long way from appearing in just five total games across his first two years in the league.

At age 31, Seth Curry is in the midst of his best season ever in the NBA. He is posting a career-high in points per game with the Sixers at just under 16 and is on pace to shoot above 40% from beyond the arc for the sixth-straight season.

Typically, guys start to decline as they approach their mid-thirties. But that has not been the case for the Sixers' sharpshooting guard. Like a fine wine, his game has only gotten better with age.

For most of his career, Curry has typically been a role player who is on the floor for his deadeye outside shooting. But since coming to Philadelphia, he has been given a chance to tap into other parts of his game.

Between being a lead ball-handler at times to creating his own shots in insolation, Curry has shown he is more than a one-trick pony.

When Sixers GM Daryl Morey traded for Curry in exchange for Josh Richardson, many viewed the deal as a win-win for both sides. Knowing what we know now, it is borderline highway robbery. Curry has become an integral piece in Philly, while Richardson has already moved on to another team.

Stephen Curry has every reason to be proud of how far his brother has come in the NBA. If anyone knew Seth was capable of this, it was him. Wednesday's matchup is far from the last time we see the two brothers steal the show in an NBA game.
