Apologies if there has been a thread on this already.
Has anyone else watched this Channel 5 murder mystery series starring Sally Lindsay? It flew a bit under the radar for me when it was broadcast but I've just binged it on catchup and really enjoyed it.
I see it as a mix of Death in Paradise meets Agatha Raisin with Sally Lindsay playing Jean White, a recently widowed antiques dealer turned sleuth in the south of France - actually filmed on Malta and Gozo, but that doesn't really matter. I expect that was possibly pandemic related. The sunshine and scenery are very pretty to look at regardless.
It isn't particularly original but its fun to watch with bits of comedy wrapped up around the mysteries, and there are some interesting twists. If you're into dark murder investigation shows this isn't for you. Its more your kind of afternoon or Sunday evening light comedy-drama.
Channel 5 recently seem to have made a real effort with their original programming.

No probs, but it isn't that difficult to find existing threads, perhaps you're not a regular viewer of this forum but it's always been an upfront thread. Or just Google a programme title and add digital spy to the search.....That normally does it.
