Is There A Trailer For This Is Us Season 6?

The network just dropped the official trailer for This Is Us Season 6.

Not much can be surmised from the 15-second trailer, but fans will still get all the feels by watching the clip.

The trailer opens with Kate Pearson (Chrissy Metz) singing the hit song, “Time After Time.”

The next scene shows Rebecca Pearson (Mandy Moore) talking about her illness. She says that she’s not worried about forgetting the big stuff. After all, it’s the little things that she’s not ready to let go of yet.

A third scene shows Randall Pearson (Sterling K. Brown) tending to his biological dad, who’s at the hospital.

The Pearson siblings are then featured outdoors hugging each other during a somber moment.

The fifth and final scene from the trailer is a throwback to a time when Rebecca and Jack Pearson (Milo Ventimiglia) are still together. The latter died way before Rebecca.

Who Will Return To This Is Us Season 6?

All the main characters and members of the Pearson family are expected to return to This Is Us Season 6.

The children in the present-time episodes will also return.

Kevin Pearson’s (Justin Hartley) ex-wife, Sophie (Alexandra Breckenridge) previous teased her return to the series. The actress said that she’s more than willing to reprise her role, but it will depend on whether her schedule would permit. After all, she’s also starring in Virgin River.

“I think they’ve been really hoping that it would work out maybe in the future. So, we’ll see — maybe something, maybe I’ll be able to come back either in a love interest capacity or in an old friend capacity,” she told Us Weekly.

The love interests of the Pearson kids will also be featured in This Is Us Season 6.

Randall’s wife, Beth (Susan Kelechi) won’t only be featured in the final season of the hit drama. Kelechi also co-wrote an episode for the first time in six seasons.

Kelechi first shared the news on her Instagram account, and she also revealed that she’s teaming up with her writing partner, Eboni Freeman for This Is Us Season 6 Episode 6.

What Did The Cast Say About This Is Us Season 6 Ending?

Some of the regular cast members from This Is Us Season 6 already teased the final 18 episodes of the hit series.

Even though they cannot say exactly what will happen in the upcoming installments, all of them said that the final season will be bittersweet and emotional.

Metz also said that fans of This Is Us will feel a certain amount of closure, and they will also bring with them bittersweet memories.

“You know when you go to a party and everyone’s cool, and then it gets really good, like, when there are 30 minutes left? That’s what it feels like. It’s like, ‘Oh, my God, it’s just getting good and now we’re leaving. It doesn’t mean that you didn’t have an incredible last 30 minutes or incredible time at the party, but you’d rather go instead of being like, ‘Oh, we overstayed our welcome’ or ‘Oh, that was so boring. That party was awful. I’m never going back to his house!’ So, I understand that good things must come to an end,” she told Us Weekly.

Ventimiglia also teased what’s in store for his character in This Is Us Season 6.

“Of course, you know, Jack will still be there. Jack will be around in memories. We’ve already dealt with alcoholism. So, we gotta wrap that one up. We dealt with war. Gotta wrap that one up. A lot of layers to Jack. There’s always something to do,” he said during his interview with Mario Lopez.
