My Name spoilers follow.

Netflix's My Name tied up pretty much all of the loose ends by the end of the final episode, so does that mean a second season is unlikely?

The Korean revenge action-thriller stars Han So-hee as Yoon Ji-woo, whose ultimate goal is to kill the person behind her father's murder. Working under crime boss Choi Mu-jin (Park Hee-soon), she infiltrates the police force under a new identity.

Ji-woo is eventually stunned to find out that her father was an undercover cop, and that it was Mu-jin who killed him five years ago.

The climax of the series saw Ji-woo fighting past Mu-jin's army of henchmen and facing off against the boss himself in a brutal knife fight. Ji-woo avenges her father, and manages to just about survive the numerous stab wounds she sustained.

My Name was a hit around the world upon its October 15 release, ranking second in non-English TV for three consecutive weeks – behind Squid Game, of course. So naturally, Han was asked in an interview with Sports Chosun (via Soompi) about the possibility of a sequel.

"I think I'd die," she joked.

"Since [Ji-woo] found out that her father was a police officer, wouldn't there be more story to her relationship with Cha Gi-ho?

"But if there was a second season, I don't know what I have left to show. I think I'd have to develop superpowers."

Gi-ho, played by Kim Sang-ho, is the captain of the police force's Narcotics unit who worked with Ji-woo's father. He's also incidentally the only major character other than Ji-woo still alive by the end.

Speaking about her experience filming the show, Han said that she picked up "big and small" injuries during production.

"I got cut up a lot, but there were no big accidents," she said. "The stunt actors did as much as I did. I did get hurt, but that was what allowed me to endure. While filming, cuts, scrapes, and bruises weren't a big deal."

My Name is available to watch on Netflix.
