The McQueen family look set to be in for a difficult festive period as Christmas draws nearer in Hollyoaks, with the family facing the threat of eviction.
The McQueens' troubles begin when Kathleen-Angel spots a dolls house made by Ripley Lennox at Cunningham's Grande Bazaar.
When Kathleen-Angel falls in love with Ripley's homemade, eco-friendly creation, Theresa asks Ripley to put the item on hold while she tries to find the funds.
The next day, Theresa is shocked to discover that Ripley's dolls house has been sold to newcomer Dave, played by former Emmerdale star Dominic Power. Theresa begs to buy it from him, but she's too late.

With Theresa feeling down in the dumps after failing in her mission to get Kathleen-Angel the best Christmas present, the McQueens decide to all tighten their belts and pull together to save for a new house.
In a bid to do her bit, Theresa asks Tony Hutchinson for a trial shift at The Dog, but it's not long before she causes mischief behind the bar.
Later, the McQueens are hit with another blow when Tony makes a devastating announcement: the family are being evicted/

With the McQueens' deal with Tony seemingly over, the family protest outside the village pub in the hopes that Tony will have a change of heart and stop the sale so they can have a roof over their heads at Christmas.
Will their cries for help do the trick – or is the family facing homelessness?
