Teknodizayn is a Turkish supplier of on-demand, additively manufactured parts. Two years ago, the company introduced a 3D printer brand called Loop 3D.
The Loop 3D Pro X is an FFF (fused filament fabrication)-style, open-filament printer. The design is based on customer input and the company’s own 3D printing experiences.
Specifications include:
• Build volume of 500 by 350 by 500 mm.
• Built-in carbon filter that eliminates unpleasant odors during operation.
• Flexible, magnetically attachable build plate that firmly secures the object being printed and speeds loading and unloading.
• Heated, aluminum print bed.
• Humidity-controlled housing that prevents material degradation and monitors temperature and moisture levels inside the machine.
• Remote monitoring and control of the build process.
• Layer thicknesses from 50 to 300 microns.
• Modular printhead that attaches and detaches in 10 sec.
The industrial-grade machine is built in Poland. The company developed the printer’s Cloud-based software in cooperation with 3DPrinterOS, San Francisco.
Besides manufacturing on-demand parts, Teknodizayn distributes 3D printers (HP Jet Fusion, UnionTech, and Cubicon), 3D scanners, and additive software.
