“We gotta’ get out of this place, if it’s the last thing we ever do.” A murder of crows is never a good sign, and The Animals track playing over a family who can’t seem to find their way back to the highway solidifies the ominous nature of this joyless joyride.

This trailer has us feeling like we walked into a Shirley Jackson novel, only to realize we actually stumbled into the world of Lost. That is to say, it’s unnerving and awesome and anxious in all the best ways. The Lost vibes make sense seeing as how two of the three creators were executive producers on Lost.
