is this for real ??????? I live in Rochester and I remember what happened in Gates, why in the hell are these children back on the streets?? we as parents are responsible for what our children do until they are 21, well let's start making them responsible now, I'm quite sure if said parents received a monetary fine for their children's actions ( let's start at $500)
